Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Before July 1st – A Refund of the Fee minus Processing Charge is available.
• July 1st to 15th – A $50 cancellation Fee + Processing Charge applies.
• July 16th to 31st – No refunds will be given.
• Substitutions are accepted and encouraged at any time.
• Refunds will be given based on the date the email request is submitted.
