1.3 Toxic Teams’ Impact on Engagement and Productivity

Working in or with a team where Gossip, Sabotage and Finger Pointing are the norm has a lasting, negative impact on engagement and productivity.  What are the steps to help turn the negative culture of the team into a collaborative team?  This session will lay out steps to start the turn around process from taking ownership, setting behavioral standards, making tough decisions and ultimately establish a path to trust.
