Biography

Teaching and inspiring others how to bring their best self and best thinking to all they do fuel Cindy’s passion for improving the quality of life in the workplace.  As a branding and leadership development specialist, educator, and public speaker, she is devoted to helping individuals and businesses communicate with greater insight and impact, build positive brands and long-term relationships, and create exceptional experiences for colleagues, employees, and customers alike.  Cindy has provided consulting services and professional development programs for a variety of corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and professional organizations since founding her business in 2002.

 

Cindy’s background also includes 10 years as a manager and 13 years as a business professor at Robert Morris University Illinois where she is now professor emeritus.  She is certified in leadership development, is a past recipient of the 25 Women in Leadership award and is a member of the East Peoria Chamber of Commerce, McLean County Chamber of Commerce, I’ve Decided, and the Association for Talent Development Heart of Central Illinois Chapter.  Cindy also serves as vice president of the Town & Country Gardeners of Washington and as a member of the ways & means committee for Chapter HG of the Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.)
