Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before July 1st – A Refund of the Fee minus Processing Charge is available.
- July 1st to 15th – A $50 cancellation Fee + Processing Charge applies.
- July 16th to 31st – No refunds will be given.
- Substitutions are accepted and encouraged at any time. Please submit by email to barb.benner@aaimea.org
- Refund requests should be submitted by email to barb.benner@aaimea.org and will be given based on the date the email request is submitted.
